Here at Discovery Packaging, service isn't a rigid automated process. To us, it's a one on one personal process. Serving the customer isn't a back and fourth game on the telephone (i.e. voice mail to voice mail) where you attempt to pinpoint someone helpful in less than three calls. To us, a service response takes no more than one email, phone call or fax. The term service isn't defined by us. It is, however, customized for you!

Our goal is to offer quality custom services and products to the flexible packaging purchaser located in North America, Central/South America and Europe. All products are specified and manufactured on an individual basis; we are focused on the creation of individual flexible packaging items, plain and printed, to meet the exact needs of the customer. The company has many years experience with new product development; film structures, graphics and converted films can be combined in many configurations to create unique new packaging.

Discovery Packaging Inc can take you through the entire packaging development process to insure an effective, functional and attractive package has been created.

The entire process could include some or all of the process elements listed below:

Art design and creative concepts
Studio or site photography (4”x5”or 8”x10” camera format)
Creation of finished art (text and/or photography)
Production of film and printing plates (photopolymer material used)
Extruded films (co-ex and mono layer, PET-LDPE-LLDPE-PP-Nylon etc)
Film lamination where specific barrier requirements must be obtained
High resolution Flexographic printing (1 to 8 colors – 4 color process and line)
Converted bags and pouches (Zipper, Sideweld, Lemo, Drawstring etc.)
Custom slit machine rolls (designed to run with form/fill/ seal equipment)
Test the complete finished product in the customer’s facility to insure the product performs - as designed.
